5 Heavenly Coffee Recipes to Try this Fall

Pumpkins, Apples, Cinnamon, and Spice…. Fall is made of everything nice! Coffee is a perennial drink that you can enjoy any time of the year. However, nothing compliments this beautiful season like a delicious cup of fall-flavored coffee on a cosy autumn morning.

1. Pumpkin Spiced Latte


  • Milk (you may use any type of milk as per your choice) – 1 cup
  • Freshly brewed Espresso (or any very strongly brewed coffee)- ½ cup
  • Whipped cream (Sweetened cream recommended)-2 Tbsp
  • Pumpkin puree (unsweetened)- 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar- 1 Tbsp (you may add or reduce the quantity as per your taste)
  • Ground cinnamon powder- 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla extract- ½ Tsp
  • Ground ginger- ½ Tsp
  • Vanilla extract- ½ Tsp
  • Ground nutmeg- ¼ Tsp
  • Ground cloves- A pinch


  1. Take a pot or small cooking vessel and add the espresso, clove powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, sugar and pumpkin puree.
  2. Keep the pot on medium flame. Whisk the mixture gently at regular intervals until the ingredients get combined well and spices get infused with pumpkin puree.
  3. Pour the mixture into a mug.
  4. Take another pot and pour the milk. Do not boil it. Just heat until it’s warm.
  5. Now whisk the milk heartily until it becomes frothy. You may use a milk-frother as well.
  6. Gently pour the frothy milk into the mug on top of the coffee mixture prepared earlier.
  7. Add some whipped cream and sprinkle some cinnamon (optional) on top. Serve!

2. Maple Cinnamon Latte


  • Milk- ¾ cup
  • Maple syrup-1 ½ Tbsp
  • Freshly brewed coffee (brewed as per your taste) – ½ cup
  • Ground cinnamon (for preparation & garnish both) – ½ Tsp
  • Cinnamon stick- 1 (optional ingredient for garnish)


  1. Add the freshly brewed hot coffee into a mug. Now add the maple syrup and ¼ Tsp cinnamon powder (save the rest for garnish). Stir gently. Keep it aside.
  2. Take a jar and add the milk. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds. You will notice the milk has turned foamy on top.
  3. Pour the milk into a small pot and heat the milk on medium flame until it gets a bit hot. Do not boil the milk and make sure there are no bubbles formed.
  4. Top the mug with milk. Gently add the foam on top with the help of a spoon.
  5. Add a dash of cinnamon powder and place a cinnamon stick (optional). Serve!


3.Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino


  • Milk- 1 cup (Law fat milk recommended)
  • Freshly brewed coffee (brewed as per your taste) – ½ cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice- 1 Tsp
  • Crushed ice- 1 ½ Cups
  • Canned pumpkin- ¾ Cup
  • Simple syrup- ½ Cup
  • Whipped cream- 2 Tbsp
  • Pumpkin pie spice for garnish


  • Pour the coffee, milk, canned pumpkin, simple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice into a blender. Blend it on medium speed until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Now add the ice and blend again until the mixture is free from any ice chunks.
  • Pour the mixture in a serving glass and top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice. Serve!

4.Peppermint Mocha


  • Freshly brewed strong coffee (brewed as per your taste) – 1 cup
  • Steamed Milk- 1 Cup
  • Peppermint syrup- 2 ½ Tbsp
  • Cocoa powder- 1 Tbsp
  • Sugar- 2 Tbsp
  • Whipped cream (optional)- 2 Tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup (optional) – 3 Tbsp
  • Crushed Peppermints (optional for garnish)


  • Take a coffee mug and add the coffee, sugar, peppermint syrup and cocoa powder. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Heat milk in a pot until it steams.
  • Stir the milk with a whisk or use a milk frother to make it foamy.
  • Now, pour the coffee mixture with the milk foam and stir gently until the ingredients combine well.
  • Lastly, top with whipped cream. Drizzle the chocolate syrup, and garnish with crushed peppermints.Serve!


5.Butterscotch Latte

  • Freshly brewed hot Espresso- ½ Cup
  • Milk- 1 ½ cups
  • Hazelnut Syrup- 1-2 Tsp
  • Sugar- 1 Tbsp
  • Vanilla extract- 2 Tbsp


  1. Take a saucepan and add milk and sugar. Cook and combine them well over medium heat. Wait till it starts steaming.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the vanilla extract. Give it a gentle stir.
  3. Pour the mixture into a blender. Close the lid and blend it for 12-15 seconds or until the mixture gets frothy.
  4. Pour the mixture in the mug until it is half filled. Add the espresso.
  5. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top of the whipped cream and drizzle some hazelnut syrup for garnish. Serve!
